1. Intellectual Property & Digital Usage

All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, and digital templates, is the property of Surprise Lab or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

• The purchase of a template provides a single-use license for personal application.
• Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, or reselling the source code.
• Modification of the code for personal customization is permitted, but the modified code remains subject to these terms.

2. Payments and Transaction Processing

All financial transactions are facilitated through Razorpay. By clicking "Proceed to Pay", you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are using a valid payment instrument that you are authorized to use.
• The total amount in INR will be deducted immediately upon confirmation.
• We do not store or have access to your full credit card or banking details.

3. Delivery of Digital Goods

Fulfillment of orders is automated via EmailJS. Delivery occurs immediately upon receipt of successful payment confirmation from Razorpay. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the email address provided. Surprise Lab is not liable for failed delivery resulting from incorrect user input or third-party server outages.

4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

In no event shall Surprise Lab, nor its founder or employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website. We provide our templates "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Surprise Lab does not guarantee that the templates will be error-free or that they will meet your specific project requirements beyond their demonstrated capabilities.

5. Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Surprise Lab from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

6. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the website or refuse service at our discretion if we believe your conduct violates these terms or is harmful to our interests.
